There exist different forms of  collaboration with Institutions:

Academy for local history lovers.

A collaboration has grown between the Province of Genoa Administration and the Società Economica of Chiavari.

15th-16th November 2002 Camogli (Genoa) Municipality	Conference on “Camogli, from village to Town”. (125th anniversary of the bestowal of the qualification of town to the Municipality of Camogli).
10th May 2003 Borzone Abbey	“Borzone Abbey. Towards its growth” II Seminar.
10th August2003 Sopralacroce of Borzonasca (Genoa)	A day to examine the 151 years since the birth of Coti-Chiavari in Corsica (realised by the inhabitants of Sopralacroce).
13th March 2004 Società Economica di Chiavari	“The Telegraph Mount  in Chiavari. Cultural and Tourist appraisal of a historical area” Presentation of studies.

PUBLICATIONS

 

  

Cultural Association of "Genovesato" Genoa Province www.genovesato.it

It is the cultural Centre for the development of Chiavari and the Tigullio area, and arises from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. It organizes formation courses after students have obtained a diploma or after leaving university.

It has stipulated an agreement with the Società Economica to increment the formative offer.

Recent events:

The Marconi Day Conference, held to celebrate the first experiment of navigation under radio-guidance carried out off the coast of Sestri Levante.

Association Friends of the Sanguineti-Leonardini Museum.

It collaborates in organizing events concerning  museums.

Events: 

          Nineteenth Century  Physicists of the Tigullio Area (22th May,2004).

          Seminar on the Instruction imparted by Museums (24th and 25th May,2004).

 

         CIDI - Centre of open initiative for Teachers.

Event:

          First part of the seminar on the Didacticality of Museums in collaboration with the

          Scientific Sanguineti-Leonardini Museum. The seminar dealt with these topics:

          Listening, Observing, Touching; what a museum tells us. The problems of a museum.

 

The schools of Chiavari and its surrounding area.

The Società Economica collaborates with schools of all levels to help organize conferences, up-dating courses, plus varied initiatives.

 

Women’s Council of the Tigullio area.

It is made up of various women’s associations of this territory (AIDDA, AIDIA, AIDM, CIF, Federcasalinghe, FIDAPA, Soroptimist International, Zonta International) with which the Società Economica collaborates to make the most of female activities be they of a professional or cultural nature.

 

University of Genoa - The Faculties of Letters and of Philosophy.

A training and vocational guidance centre has been created.

  

University of Caen - France.

A training and vocational guidance centre has been created.

 

Centro studi interdisciplinari - Chiavari.

This Centre is an association of national standard which interests itself in philosophy, psychology, psychiatry and anthropology organizing congresses and publications.

The Società Economica also collaborates, on request, with various faculties and departments of the University of Genoa and other Italian Universities on the occasion of the different initiatives realized during the year.
